Jimmy Au's For Men 5'8" and Under and Success, Style and the Shorter
Man, we are committed to protecting and respecting our client's privacy.
We collect client information in an effort to improve your online and
offline shopping experience, order processing and to communicate to
you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We at Jimmy
Au's For Men 5'8" and Under and Success, Style and the Shorter
Man recognize that we must maintain and use client information responsibly.
We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online or offline
to third parties.
When
you place a phone order or online purchase, we use your information
to process your order. We will also send you e-mails to confirm your
order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail, or e-mail
if we have other questions regarding your order.
The
birthdays and wedding anniversaries or our clients may be shared in
noted celebration in our newsletter, Success, Style and the Shorter
Man. Only the month of the celebration will be mentioned. The day and
date will remain confidential unless otherwise approved. New clients
who join these two clubs will be entitled to special promotions and
gifts. New clients to Jimmy Au's For Men 5'8" and Under and JimmyAus.com
will also be automatically subscribed to our newsletter, Success, Style
and the Shorter Man, absolutely FREE (regularly $14.95 and issue).
Exclusive
sales, promotions, bonuses and discounts are only available when we
are able to communicate to you via e-mail, phone, or postal mail. If
you wish to be notified of money-saving offers or new seasonal must-have
items, we must be able to communicate with you. These exclusive offers
are sometimes different from the ones advertised to the public and in
the store. We will not disclose any exclusive offers to any person that
calls our store for the latest promotion or event that is not already
available to them based on their current client file and membership.
This helps to protect us from competitors.
If
you do not wish to be contacted by Jimmy Au's For Men 5'8" and
Under or wish to have your information changed, you can call us at (818)
243-9898 during regular store hours to have your client file deactivated
or updated. If you wish to have your client file deleted, any previous
client privileges will be terminated and reinstatement will include
building a new client file from that day forth. Previous client history
and privileges will not be attached. Choose wisely.
Jimmy
Au's For Men 5'8" and Under is a family-run business. The safety
of all children using the internet is our first concern. In keeping
with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will not
knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any visitor
under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we
actual knowledge that a subscriber is under the age of 13, we will remove
all personally identifiable information about that person from our files
or consolidate information to a verified parent(s). For example, a young
man needing to find his sizes for a/his upcoming bar-mitzvah.
