Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping charges using standard regular ground delivery in the continental U.S. are calculated by your total order amount. Additional charges may apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please call during regular store hours for estimates.

Shipment Delivery
Orders are processed the next business day and are subject to prior purchase the day before. Most orders for in-stock merchandise are expected to be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipments using standard ground delivery should arrive within 5-7 business days from when your package leaves our store. (Business days means Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) Expedited services are available for an additional charge. Please call our store during regular business hours for details. Special order and custom order merchandise may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 9 months depending on the type of merchandise; most within 6 weeks.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is one of our goals at Jimmy Au's. Discovering if we have the right style, fit and quality for you may take more than one try. Do not be discouraged. We want you to keep trying. If for any reason any unused (meaning unworn, unsoiled or unaltered but possibly opened) merchandise does not meet your expectations and is returned within 30 days of receipt, it can be returned for credit or exchange (subject to item availability). All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by all the original packaging of the returned item(s) and a properly completed return form (indicating your reasons for return) and sales receipt. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return.
All returned items received within 30 days of the original receipt for refund will be credited to the original form of payment (unless store credit is requested) upon processing of the returned item(s). Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for receipt and processing of your return. All returns received after 30 days from your receipt of the item(s) will be processed with an issuance of a store credit only. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable and are only redeemable for exchange or store credit
If an item exchange is due to a mistake by Jimmy Au's or manufacturer defect, the exchanged items will be shipped at no charge to you by standard ground shipping.
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a merchandise credit. Please allow 10-15 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange and merchandise credit.
Merchandise Exchange and Availability
Our merchandise is uniquely developed and designed, making availability exclusive and limited. Our manufacturers DO NOT stock our merchandise as they are not in regular sizes. Everything we carry is hand picked and manufactured exclusively for Jimmy Au's according to Mr. Au's specifications. All orders are subject to same-day in-store purchases. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items shown on our website. After your order has been processed, we will notify you of the status of any item(s) than might be back ordered or no longer available.
Cancellation Policy
All orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled with a full refund including shipping and handling charges. Once a package has been picked up, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Customers may have their deposits fully refunded if their Special Orders are cancelled before the merchandise ships. However, if it has already shipped, the deposit may be refunded for a store credit only. Customers with Custom Orders that are cancelled before production begins can have their deposits fully refunded. However, deposits on cancelled Custom Orders will not be refunded if the manufacturer has already begun the development (cutting, patternmaking, etc.) process.
